2. Service Description

My Writing Process is a writing tool for amateur authors that includes a manuscript editor, AI-powered editorial analysis, professional export and writing resources.

3. Subscription and Payments

• The service is offered via paid subscription with a 3-day free trial
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• You can cancel at any time from your profile
• No refunds are given for partial periods

4. Acceptable Use

• You may not use the service to generate illegal or harmful content
• You may not attempt to access other users' data
• You may not resell or redistribute the service

5. Intellectual Property

All content you write in the app is yours. My Writing Process claims no rights over your manuscripts.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email of significant changes.
